Golden State All-World forward Kevin Durant will miss his second straight game because of an ankle injury, according to the Mercury News’ Mark Medina.
KD suffered the injury in the Warriors’ 115-111 loss to the Phoenix Suns on March 10 and missed Wednesday’s game against the Houston Rockets.
However it appears that the Warriors will not be without KD for too long. Nick Friedell of ESPN reports that Golden State head coach Steve Kerr said that Durant will “most likely” return Monday against the San Antonio Spurs,
The Warriors’ three-peat aspirations are much healthier with KD in the lineup. He is averaging 27.4 points, 6.7 rebounds and 5.7 assists this season,
